Right from the first point of contact on the phone to seeing Dr Barakat (Cardiologist) and everything in between is seamless, effective and human. Sonia, Karen and Shital are kind, make things happen and really great in communicating and follow up. Above all they remember who you are and truly and genuinely make you feel special. Dr Barakat is beyond words. His expertise and ability to triage and diagnose is phenomenal leading to rapid and effective treatment. His experience is visible from the moment you meet him. He is highly empathetic, energetic and inspiring in the way he gets to the real issues. He has the ability to make every patient feel unique and in my experience goes above and beyond to the point of reacting to critical issues on the weekends. Above all he looks at patients holistically, is human, takes time with patients and is a real gentleman. Complete Cardiology is simply amazing.

Saw Dr Barakat for a second opinion, he carefully listened to all my worries, answered all of my questions, and provided further guidance and advice and identified something that was missed by the previous cardiologist I had seen. Too many times specialists are too busy to actually listen to patient concerns and to reassure but Dr Barakat is not one of those and I’m very grateful for that. Many thanks! Also getting an appointment was made easy by his team!

Seems odd doing a review on a medical consultancy but I'm more than willing as Windsor Cardiology are exceptionally capable and also nice people to interact with. Dr. Barakat selected and then reviewed the various cardio tests needed to deal with a problem. All of that was done professionally, everything was well explained and my questions answered in terms I could understand. A tweak to the medication also handled well.
The admin staff are very efficient and nothing seems to be a problem.
I genuinely hope not to have see anyone there again for obvious reasons but would recommend them to anyone needing a good cardiologist.
