To further enhance your experience and reduce administrative pressures on our cardiologists, we are introducing Heidi AI Medical Scribe technology during consultations—always with your explicit consent.

What is Heidi AI?

Heidi AI is an advanced AI-powered medical scribe developed by Heidi Health. It is designed to support clinicians by automating aspects of clinical documentation. During your consultation, the AI securely listens to the conversation between you and your cardiologist and:

  • Transcribes the consultation in real time

  • Generates accurate clinical notes

  • Helps ensure important medical details are captured efficiently

This allows our cardiology team to focus more fully on your care, spending less time on administrative tasks and more time discussing your symptoms, treatment options, and overall heart health.

How does Heidi AI Work at Complete Cardiology?

During your appointment, Heidi AI will listen to the conversation between you and your cardiologist. The technology:

  1. Transcribes the dialogue in real time

  2. Generates a draft electronic health record (EHR) note

  3. Allows your cardiologist to review and edit the information immediately

The finalised note is then securely saved into your official medical record.

Importantly:

  • No audio recordings are stored by Heidi AI.

  • The temporary recording used to create the notes is automatically deleted as soon as your consultation ends.

  • Only the completed clinical notes—reviewed by your clinician—are kept as part of your medical record.

Complete Cardiology is fully committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Any data collected during your consultation—including information processed with the support of Heidi AI—is handled securely, used only for legitimate healthcare purposes, and stored within your clinical record in line with GDPR requirements.
